Consulting for Sports Clubs

In accordance with the Law No. 7405 on Sports Clubs and Sports Federations, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 22.04.2022 and entered into force, consultancy services are provided for all kinds of administrative, financial, strategic and legislative compliance, especially for legal entities that have been transferred from the status of associations to the status of sports clubs and for newly established sports clubs.

• Providing consultancy on the coordination of board meetings and the procedure for making decisions;

• Consultancy in the preparation and sharing of annual activity reports;

• Preparation of internal directives, instructions and organizational charts and consultancy on restructuring processes;

• Consultancy on the execution of agreement and contract processes, preparation and signing of relevant texts and documents;

• Legal and administrative consultancy regarding the processes to be carried out with relevant institutions and organizations;

• Managing 360-degree and fully-fledged administrative, managerial and legal compliance processes and providing feedback at certain intervals;

• Carrying out compliance activities to complete the identified deficiencies.
